SHIPPING POLICY
Welcome to our brand! We create custom, high-quality streetwear clothing and apparel made just for you. Because we operate on a print-on-demand model, your clothing is only printed, cut, and sewn after you place an order. This helps us reduce waste and keep our designs unique.
**1. Production & Processing Times**
Before your order ships, it must be printed and manufactured by our production team.
* **Average Processing Time:** 2–7 business days.
* During peak holiday seasons, processing may take up to 7 business days.
**2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times**
We keep our shipping simple. We charge a flat rate in Australia. and also a flat rate in Canada and united states for shipping on all orders.
Once your order has been printed and packaged, it will be shipped out. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
* Standard Shipping: 2–10 business days after production is complete in Australia and 7 - 18 business days in United States and Canada
*Please note: Total time to receive your order = Production Time + Shipping Time.*
**3. Tracking Your Order**
As soon as your package ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier's website. If you order multiple different items (e.g., a hoodie and a kids' t-shirt), they may ship in separate packages from different facilities. You will receive tracking numbers for each package.
**4. Customs, Duties & Taxes**
Goompy is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order by your country's customs office. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
**5. Incorrect Address Warning**
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change the shipping address once our production facility has started printing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
