RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Goompy Black Pig Co., all products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partners.

Because items are custom made for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect sizing selected by the customer
  • buyer’s remorse

However, if your item arrives:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • misprinted
  • incorrect

please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Where appropriate, a replacement or refund may be arranged through our fulfillment partners.

Please carefully check sizing guides before purchasing, as all products are made to order.

Shipping and production times may vary depending on product availability and fulfillment location.
